Flag Hire

Flags with Flair Stop operate a hire service for people or organisations wishing to hire flags, flag poles and flag stands for short term use.

Please contact us to discuss your specific conference, exhibition or special function needs.

Hire Conditions

• All hires must be made by written order (letter, fax or e-mail)

• All hires must be paid for prior to delivery

• All hirers are responsible to ensure goods are returned in good order and without damage to our premises

• All hires must be accompanied by cash or credit card authority (hire deposit), for the full value of the goods (This is used to recover purchase cost of unreturned goods or damaged goods)

• All hires not returned after 21 days without prior arrangement will be considered purchases and hire deposits held will be debited accordingly

• Hirers are responsible for all handling and freight charges associated with delivery from, and return to, our premises
